On Saturday November 03, 2018 at approximately 7:16 a.m., the Columbus Division of Police received a call and were requested to respond to 333 E 9th Ave. Initial information indicated that a person was shot. Personnel assigned to CFD Medic 2 responded and pronounced 70yr old James Bliss deceased at 7:37 am.
