On Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at approximately 10:33 a.m. CPD Officers and Medics were dispatched to 565 E. 2nd Avenue on a report of a male, inside of the residence, “not responding”. Officers arrived and found 30yr old Tray Bays unresponsive. The victim was pronounced deceased by C.F.D. Medic #1, at approximately 10:42 a.m.
