On October 26, 2014, at 7:59 a.m. uniformed patrol officers were dispatched to the area of South Champion Avenue and Frebis Avenue on the report of shots fired. Upon their arrival they discovered the victim, 40yr old Russell Eugene Barlow, laying in the rear of 1472 South Champion Avenue.
