On Wednesday, August 19, 2015, three people were shot and killed at an apartment complex in the 4700 block of Olde Bailey Way in Whitehall, OH. The victims have been identified as 33-year-old Dontai Rheubottom, Kimberli Alston, 51, and Charles Fischer, 31.
