On Oct 15, 2015 at 8:20 pm, patrol officers responded to 3881 Cleveland Ave. on a shooting. Investigation indicates that an unknown male suspect entered The La Michoacana Market located at 3881 Cleveland Ave with an assault rifle and began shooting the victims who were behind the counter. Victim #1 was pronounced dead at the scene. Victim #2 was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
