Coming in 2022!

March 14-15, 2022

Stopping Technology-Facilitated Abuse of Rural Kids (STARK) Prosecutor Symposium, presented by the Zero Abuse Project

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost’s office along with the following organizations is pleased to offer this free, virtual training:

Eyes Up Appalachia
The Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office
Ohio Alliance to End Sexual Violence
Ohio Domestic Violence Network
Ohio Network of Children’s Advocacy Centers
Ohio Prosecuting Attorney’s Association
Ohio Victim Witness Association

The Trauma-Informed Prosecutor Project (TIPP), a program of the Zero Abuse Project, will be presenting the STARK Prosecutor Symposium. Spots are limited for the free two-day training, geared towards rural prosecutors, that addresses cybercrimes against children and youth. Priority will be given to prosecutors, law enforcement officers, and members of multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) serving rural communities.

Register today!

It is important to note that the morning of March 15th, a 90-minute presentation “In My Neighbor's House: MDT Responses in Rural Communities” will be open to a larger audience, including allied professionals who are not currently serving rural communities.

We will be applying for CLEs and CEUs for both the full, two-day training and the 90-minute presentation.  For more information, please contact Nancy.Radcliffe@OhioAGO.gov
