Nicole joined the Attorney General’s Office in November of 2005.  Her current clients are the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency’s Division of Surface Water and the Division of Drinking and Groundwater.  Previously Nicole represented the Ohio Department of Natural Resources in cases involving that agency’s Wildlife, Water Resources, Oil & Gas Resources, Engineering, and State Parks and Watercraft divisions.   Prior to that,  Nicole represented the Ohio EPA’s Division of Air Pollution Control. 
Before becoming an Assistant Attorney General, Nicole interned with the Office in the summer of 2004 and the fall of 2005.  Prior to law school, Nicole was a Peace Corps Volunteer in The Gambia, West Africa, and a Field Assistant at Big Oaks National Wildlife Refuge in Madison, Indiana.  Nicole also worked as a legal secretary at Eisnaugle & Graham in Columbus. 

Nicole is a breast cancer survivor, an avid bird-watcher, a participant in her local theater, and a youth soccer coach.
