Amber joined the Environmental Enforcement Section in 2018.  Currently, she is a Senior Assistant Attorney General and the Supervising Attorney for the Water Unit.  Her primary client is the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.  Amber provides counsel to Ohio EPA on administrative and civil litigation related to Ohio’s surface water and drinking water laws.  She provides counsel to Ohio EPA on administrative and civil matters and represents Ohio EPA in state and federal court, administrative hearings, and appellate court proceedings.
 
Amber began working for the Ohio Attorney General in 2012, serving in both the Court of Claims Defense Section and the Legal Initiatives Section.  Prior to joining the Attorney General’s Office, Amber was an Assistant Prosecutor in Guernsey County.
