Dear Agency Administrator:
By law, agencies that appoint or employ peace officers are required to notify the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission of peace officer appointments, resignations and terminations. These agencies are also required to submit an annual agency roster to the Commission.
For your convenience, administrators were sent a roster which reflects the officers that we show have been affiliated with your agency over the past year. Please verify the accuracy of the information on this roster and make necessary changes. Alternatively, we will accept agency generated rosters to fulfill the roster submission requirement.
Please submit your completed roster no later than January 31, 2012 by e-mail to OPOTA@OhioAttorneyGeneral.gov or by fax to (866)329-3657.
