Dispatcher Responsibilities at a Barricade, Hostage or Suicide Situation
This two-day course assists dispatchers in handling critical incident calls. Topics include communication center responsibilities in a critical incident situation, development of agency policies and procedures, communication techniques and commonly available resources.
Note: This program does not train personnel to function as hostage negotiators.
