Ohio Liquor Laws
Topics discussed in this course include Ohio Revised Code Title 43, legal challenges and issues, sobriety issues, field testing legalities and code enforcement techniques. Additional topics include structure of the liquor and food stamp enforcement agencies, types of permits, police cases, improper conduct violations, food stamp trafficking, gambling offenses, evidence and evidence handling, minor (juvenile) violations, false identifications and joint investigations.
Note: Due to the free course cost, meals will be the responsibility of the student.
