Emergency Vehicle Operations for the Field Training Officer
This course is designed to provide the currently certified field training officer (FTO) with the necessary information to assist new officer trainees with the challenges of emergency driving. Helmets will be provided; however, students may bring their own DOT-certified helmet, if desired. All students must bring a current driver’s/operator’s license. Shoes or boots which lace and completely cover the entire foot are mandatory. Students will not be permitted to drive with sandal-type footwear.
